Do I need a medical cannabis registration to shop at No Kids Allowed?

Yes. You must have a valid DC medical cannabis patient registration or an accepted out-of-state medical cannabis credential. Bring your digital or physical registration and an unexpired government-issued photo ID. If applicable, caregivers must also present their caregiver registration and photo ID.

How do I get a medical cannabis registration in DC?

DC residents 21 and older can self-certify without a doctor’s recommendation. Apply online through the ABCA Customer Portal or visit No Kids Allowed for in-store assistance. The process usually takes only a few minutes, and you can shop as soon as your temporary digital registration is issued.

Can patients under 21 get a medical cannabis registration?

Yes. DC residents age 20 and younger cannot self-certify and must receive a recommendation from an authorized healthcare practitioner. Patients under 18 must also have an approved caregiver. Visit the ABCA patient information page for current requirements.

Can tourists and out-of-state patients shop at No Kids Allowed?

Yes. Visitors 21 and older may use a current medical cannabis credential from a jurisdiction recognized by DC, along with an unexpired government-issued photo ID. Visitors without an accepted credential can apply for a temporary nonresident registration. Review the current DC reciprocity information before visiting.

How much cannabis can I purchase?

Registered patients may purchase up to eight ounces of medical cannabis within a rolling 30-day period. This is a cumulative limit across purchases.

What cannabis products do you carry?

Our selection may include flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, CBD products, and accessories. Inventory changes regularly, so check our live online menu for current products, prices, and availability.

Can I place an order online for pickup?

Yes. Browse our online menu and submit your pre-order before visiting. Pre-orders are typically processed in less than 10 minutes. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification and bring your medical cannabis registration and matching government-issued photo ID.

Do you offer cannabis delivery in Washington, DC?

Delivery has not officially launched. Online orders are currently available for in-store pickup. We will update the website when delivery becomes available.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash and debit cards for in-store purchases. An ATM is also available on-site.

Are cannabis purchases returnable?

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personal preference or a change of mind.

If you believe a product is defective, contact us within 21 days of purchase. Defective vape cartridges and disposable vapes must be reported within seven days and be less than 25% used. Proof of purchase and the original product are required. Eligible defective products may receive a like-for-like replacement after inspection and troubleshooting, subject to availability.
