All sales are final. No Kids Allowed does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preference, or other non-defect-related reasons.

Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, notify No Kids Allowed and present the product within 21 calendar days of purchase. The purchase must be verifiable. We will inspect the product and determine whether a remedy is appropriate.

Vape Cartridges and Disposable Vapes

A defective vape cartridge or disposable vape may qualify for a replacement only when:

  • No Kids Allowed is contacted within seven calendar days of purchase.

  • The purchase can be verified.

  • The product is returned for troubleshooting and inspection.

  • Less than 25% of the product has been used.

If the product is confirmed defective, a like-for-like replacement may be provided when available. All replacements are subject to verification and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
